1. Once selecting products, you can make your order by E-mail(marketing-sh@joannarealestate.com.cn) or directly call 150 0017 0521 (Alice)/137 0108 0877 (Joanna).
2. Our payment is only Cash On Delivery: When your order is arrived, you check it and then directly pay cash to the deliveryman.
3. To ensure the products can be delivered to you timely and accurately, please write down your detailed receiver information and contact ways.
4. Standard Delivery Fee: RMB30 every order. If your order is over RMB1,999 once, we will deliver it for free.
5. Our delivery time is 10:30am – 6:00pm. So please arrange your reception time properly, if any special requirements, please contact us asap, and we will try our best to solve it for you.
6. Please check the products according to the ship order as soon as it arrives, if there are such conditions as quantity shortage, products damage or quality issues, please reject the whole products then and there.
7. If you make the order by phone, please confirm the product number, and give us your invoice title, then the invoice will be delivered to you together with the products.
8. If you order by e-mail, please choose “Yes” before “you need invoice or not” when submitting, and write down the title. Then the invoice will be delivered to you together with the products.
